System Analyst
Requirements
- University Graduate, major in Computer Science or related subject.
- At least 5 years of software design, and programming experience in multi-server web development.
- In-depth knowledge and experience (particularly web 2.0) in HTML, XML, JavaScript, CSS, AJAX.
- Extensive hands-on experience of Graphic/Layout design, information architecture design, and user-experience enhancement for web development.
- Good knowledge in PHP, MySql, Java/J2EE, Struts, Hibernate are highly desirable.
- Experience of Linux, and Apache are highly advantageous.
- Good knowledge and practice on Agile and Interactive Software Development.
- Capable to work independently or as a key member of a team in a fast pace environment.
- Strong time management, project/schedule management, communication skill, and problem solving skill.
- Self-motivated, strong sense of responsibilities, and proactive attitude towards challenges.
- Good command of both spoken and written English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
Responsibilities
- Perform prototyping, development, and implementation of high traffic web site applications/projects.
- Take business requirements and develop the technical design on assigned projects (medium to large scale).
- Design, and implement the system with good quality and high scalability.
- Perform system testing, deployment, optimization, and maintainance.
- Research and evaluate new technologies and solutions.

Sales Account Manager
Requirements
- At least 5 years of software and web develpoment selling experience is preferred.
- Strong prospecting and territory development skills and be able to think strategically about growing a territory.
- Demonstrate knowledge of the sales process from qualification to close, listen to business problems and develop software solutions.
- Sales experience in Hong Kong and China is preferred.
- Knowledge in the Banking, Telecom and Government Industry are preferred.
- Previously working experience in a brand-name international technology or consulting company is an advantage.
- Highly self-directed, motivated and positive individuals with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Possess can-do attitude.
Responsibilities
- To thoroughly understand customers business problems and able to present and benefits to IT prospective market.
- Comfortable to work on accounts operating in Hong Kong and China independently and produce results in a timely fashion.
- Manage the sales process through product procurement, formulate responses to customer requests and conduct contract discussions and negotiations, articulate complex technology and software solutions to both technical and business audiences.
- Sell software, web develpoment and services, and generally responsible for finding and generating new customers in his assigned territory in Hong Kong and China.
- Call on prospective customers, provide technical and administrative product information and/or demonstrations, and quote appropriate customer prices.
- Understand customer’s business and product requirements.
- Responsible for meeting assigned sales quota.
